TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Evolve Learning Institute, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO USE THE SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR USD $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Evolve Learning Institute, its affiliates, employees, officers, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

1. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the 914-521-3564 After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

3. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
